Free shipping on all Australian orders over $150*
- Montaigo uses Australia Post to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.
- Online orders are processed Monday - Friday's and dispatched within 48hrs of the order date. However, during a sale or promotional events, orders can take an additional 24-48hrs to be shipped.
- All orders are dispatched via Australia Post "Express Post" Satchel Bags.
- Orders to metropolitan areas generally arrive within 1-2 business days after receiving your dispatch notification and tracking number.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to remote locations.
- All our parcels require a signature on arrival.
- If you cannot sign for the delivery, a collection card should be left so you can collect it at your local/closest post office/depot by providing your ID.
- We offer flat rate shipping of $40 to our international customers.
- Fees and charges relating to customs clearance and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Montaigo will not take responsibility for any additional charges included for shopping orders internationally.
- The estimated international delivery time for standard shipping is 1-3 weeks and express 2-8 business days. However, when you should receive your package can vary depending on where you are located.
- Montaigo does not have control over shipping times internationally once it has left the store.
- The above delivery times are an estimate guide only, and we cannot estimate, guarantee or control how long it takes to be delivered.
- Please note that most delivery providers are experiencing some shipping delays due to the impact of COVID-19.

What do I do if no one is available to sign for my delivery?
No worries, if you require your order to be left at home without a signature, please provide written consent by the following options:
- Leave a comment on the notes section within the shopping cart; or
- Email us at email@example.com with your order number and request.
How do I track my order?
If you would like to keep up to date with the progress of your order and the estimated delivery, you can track it via an email with a tracking number provided in your shipping notification.
I'm local, can I pick up my order from the Prospect store?
If you live locally and would like to collect your online order from our store, please select the option when checking out. If you change your mind after placing your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
